The CE Benchmarker is an extensible set of tools for calculating the individual system components' speed when running Windows CE operating systems. The CE Benchmarker is able to run on Windows CE 3.0 as well as upto Windows CE 6.0, so new Windows CE-based designs can be compared to their predecessors and true performance enhancements can be measured.
